Included is the factory-built ramp that can be stored under the fold-out part of the bed, user's manual, a spare tire, a 2" hitch ball, hitch pin, and two ball mounts: a flat one and a step-up/step-down mount which I used in the step-up position to lower the back of the trailer so the ramp attaches at a more gentle angle. The spare is serviceable, but the installed tires are showing their age and need to be replaced soon. They are ST175/80 D13. Amazon has a good selection of these tires and tires mounted on wheels, including sets of two tires & wheels for around $140.
